How do I secure my date?
A 20% non-refundable deposit secures the date. Final pricing is confirmed after we have discussed your brief and deliverables.
Pricing
Are the prices on the website fixed?
They are starting prices. The final price depends on the brief, location, coverage hours, guest numbers, décor requirements, turnaround and usage rights.
Delivery & turnaround
How quickly will we receive the content?
Content is edited and delivered quickly so it is ready to share. A same-day Reel is available as an add-on, and the exact turnaround is agreed with your quote.
Travel & coverage
Do you travel outside Bristol?
Yes. Travel within Bristol is included unless otherwise agreed; travel outside Bristol is quoted separately. LG Creative Studio works across the UK and internationally, depending on the project.
Usage & licensing
Can we use the content in paid adverts?
Content is supplied for organic social media use. Paid advertising usage, exclusivity and extended licensing are quoted separately for UGC and branded content.
General
Does this replace our wedding photographer or videographer?
No. Social-first photography and video complements, but does not replace, traditional professional wedding photography or cinematic videography.
What is UGC?
User-generated-style content created from a customer’s perspective, such as product demonstrations, reviews, unboxings, venue experiences, tutorials and lifestyle videos. It is supplied directly to your business for organic posts or, with the right licence, paid advertising.
